Returns & exchange

We do hope that you are happy with what you received while if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch with us immediately. Please reach us by email at jasmina.kosanovic.art@gmail.com before returning any goods, and quote your full name, delivery address and order number. Upon receipt, we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange and to organise the return.

Keep in mind: Since every piece is handcrafted, slight differences in drawing, colour and form may appear.

Original and return postage is non-refundable. We can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 14 days of receiving, providing the item is new, and in original condition with labels still attached. Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from our website.

Once received by us, providing they are in saleable possibilities you will be refunded for the total cost of the product(s) as soon as possible to the same credit/debit card you used to pay for your order. Please note that the refund may take a few days to reach your account (this will depend on individual banking times).

Shipping Charges

We do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.
For exchanges, you will also be charged the price of sending the new item.

We are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for items that are not received back in perfect, saleable condition, so please ensure that they are well-packaged and protected before sending. We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned goods. Unfortunately, we can not be liable for any damage that may occur in transit, so it is advisable to ensure that any returned items are well-packaged and protected before sending.

When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to us. Send the product to: JK, obrt za proizvodnju, usluge I trgovinu / Petrinjska 40, 10000 Zagreb / Croatia.

Damaged Products

We will do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Yet sometimes damages do occur during transit, so in this case please reach us by email at jasmina.kosanovic.art@gmail.com or by phone +385 98 795773, within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return. At this point, we will offer you a refund or exchange depending on stock availability and agree on a cost of return postage.

Unfortunately, we are incapable of refunding any postage costs that have not been agreed with us in writing prior to sending.

Similarly, if you encounter any quality defects with your item(s) after receiving and using them, please contact us by email and we will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible at  jasmina.kosanovic.art@gmail.com. If the order has already been dispatched, you should follow the procedure above. Postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-price items can be refunded.

Return Address

Once you have contacted us in writing and we have agreed on the return, please send your returned items quoting your full name, address and order number to the following address:

It is advisable to obtain proof of postage, as unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any lost packages. In the unfortunate event that the parcel is lost and we do not receive the returned item, unfortunately, we will be unable to offer any refund or exchange.
